the seaside hoa will require all guests 8 years of age and older to have the provided amenity wristbands and/or cards to access seaside amenities such as the community pools and the seaside beach area
in order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when you make your reservation
please bear in mind that the hoa will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here and they are closed on saturday and sunday Finally, the Seaside HOA will charge $150 per wristband and/or card to replace any that are lost.
getting started:
we do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.
